@greta Have you tried acupuncture? I work with a guy that swears by it. When I first met him, he was struggled walking despite surgeries correcting the issue. He started acupuncture and the change was amazing! He is back to his normal self and doing great!

I have had back pain since covid days when I carried 100lb bag of corn for deer in our yard (disc issue)-I have tried everything (I don’t want opioids);I keep reading: lose weight (I am 104) and stop smoking (I haven’t smoked since high school when the nuns chased us for smoking)

@KatTimpf When my kids started walking and I used the toddler harness/leash to allow them some freedom without getting too far away. Toddlers can take off fast no matter how attentive a parent is! But I got some crap for it. Did not care either... 😎
