I almost left @vercel today. Every build was failing WITHOUT changing anything. No errors, no reason and we couldn't ship anything for 4 days. It happened before and got fixed quickly but this time it took a while. Then @MelkeyDev jumped in and got us back up and running. This is the difference great support makes. Take care of this guy @rauchg 🫡

Hey - everyone can help and we do. We are super active on socials and handling support tickets. This particular case - @goteap raised a similar issue before and my style is to go straight to the DMs and get more sync information. This doesnt have anything to do with me in particular - we all go the distance for helping our customers. This bug in particular was a doozy and needed someone with deeper build deployment knowledge (as oppose to say a framework, or workflows ,etc)

@goteap @MelkeyDev @vercel Can I ask a simple question? Why did it take Melkey in particular? What’s the gap stopping anyone from debugging and fixing the problem? Not throwing shade just really want to understand why something that might have pushed you to leave couldn’t be fixed by anyone on the team?
