today's pre-allocation ended 5x+ oversubbed - an analysis: we executed a similar auction design that you've most likely seen used by @monad, @Lombard_Finance, and most recently @TroveMarkets (to wildly different results). this design is reflexive about the cap. prior to reaching the cap, the optimal play is to wait to reveal your hand. once the cap is reached it’s optimal to “pile on” and to over-deposit to preserve pro-rata allocation. the end result is a significantly tougher time reaching cap, but once the cap is hit, the sky is the limit. (see data below) this can play out in a few different ways: @Lombard_Finance's public sale was the quintessential good example, hitting cap quickly then ending ~10x oversubbed. this is what you want to strive for in your setup. @monad's on the other hand misjudged demand (and choose too long of a window), and got stuck in the sub-cap region for most of their campaign. this is an important lesson in attention design since while they ended up achieving cap in the end, the sub-cap region ended up dominating the campaign narrative. then most recently we have @TroveMarkets, this illustrates the worst outcome, where an (allegedly) fraudulent actor can take advantage of the post-cap region to “capture” funds over and above what the auction participants intended to lock up. we were careful to design our system today to immediately return excess funds to avoid any doubt on this front. the key to tuning this is sufficiently judging demand, and making sure the attention cycle is catered to - happy with how our stab at it went. thanks for playing.

Still confused as to why I only got 10k $SKR tokens. I don't wanna sound ungrateful, but it's kinda discouraging seeing others with lower scores get bigger allocation. Idk how they calculate it, but I kinda doubt it was only by using the phone. Tried to use Seeker as much as possible for every day tasks I usually do on my iPhone. I even had some small amount of SOL staked in the validator. At the end of the day, it is free money.
