I have to be honest here, I really expected more from @megaeth mainnet up to this point Not in terms of TVL, fees or other KPIs, but in terms of opportunities and fully open apps I know team stated not everything will be ready Day 1, but time is running out and we don't really know when more Mega Mafia apps will be ready Imo it's dangerous to let time slip too much, cause many will lose interest in the ecosystem You can make the case it's early and there's little to no opportunities in the market rn, but we eventually want to see stuff moving and people earn/speculate in the eco There are some cool apps already and some gated ones that I was able to test, but I think it's time to see some more action What's your take?

How to go from being a #1 fan to a #1 hater of LayerZero. I didn't want to go public, but this is the best I can do. I need to show my followers what's going on. As you know, I am one of @LayerZero_Core's best and top contributors. The beginning! It started with the LayerZero community program on Discord around two years ago. We had to contribute and claim roles, with each role offering a one-time $ZRO reward. Intern: 50 $ZRO Hero: 200 $ZRO OG: 1,000 $ZRO Legend: 10,000 $ZRO Finally, there is the "God" role, which will be awarded to one person and will come with 100,000 $ZRO tokens. These rewards that convinced me to join the community program, as it was a smart way to contribute, learn, test, share information about LayerZero with my followers and ofc earn some money. THE FIRST RED FLAG appeared at the end of 2025, when the LayerZero team, with @domdotx as CM, announced that the "season 1" would end by the end of the year, with the final distribution taking place after New Year. Please note that before this announcement, there hadn't been any seasons; it was just a long-term community program with a $5m $ZRO reward pool. The team changed the rules at the last moment, but said not to worry because those who were active and contributed would receive their deserved rewards in the final distribution before Season 2. So I was calm because I knew they would do everything properly, even though @domdotx had been inactive with the community for the last 6 - 9 months and they hadn't tracked who was active and who wasn't. When the time came for the distribution, a SECOND RED FLAG appeared... By that time, I had been an OG for 6- 9 months, as had several of my friends, so of course we were expecting them to give us LEGEND roles and 10,000 $ZRO tokens. They said that in Season 2, roles would change, and that legacy roles would be a proof of what you did earlier, but the rewards would be closer to those numbers. When the time came for the final distribution, they rewarded me and the other active OGs with just 500 $ZRO. Imagine that! After working for them for two years, I received a total of 50 + 200 + 1000 + 500 $ZRO, which equals 1750 $ZRO. Now it's worth approximately 4048 USD. For two years Carl, while the team members earning at least 4 - 5k monthly... To say that I was upset or surprised would be an understatement. I felt used for two years and should have received 11,250 $ZRO, but I only received 1,750 $ZRO. In dollars, I should have received 26,000 USD, but I received 4,048 USD. After that, we joined the community and started chatting and discussing with team members, @domdotx and @blue_clarity. After a week of discussions, they said they would talk to the finance team, so everyone was happy. Guess what? We weren't happy because they only added 1,250 $ZRO. I know the numbers inside out, so let's do the maths. The 5 - 6 active OGs who should receive the LEGEND role should have received 10,000 $ZRO for the final distribution, but we only received 1,250 + 500 $ZRO. After that, I was just hoping that Season 2 would be better because they told us it would be and that we would be able to receive a good amount of $ZROs. Do you know what they did? Yeah, they're talking about THE THIRD RED FLAG. They just added the Whop campaign in Season 2 and started attracting bots, clippers and other shillers who don't care about the product, they only care about how much they can extract from the project. So, starting in January, we had @Whop. Can you guess how much the active user, aka me, earned with @Whop? Only 134 USD, guys! Now, regarding THE FOURTH RED FLAG. After @PrimordialAA said there wouldn't be any airdrops, I started noticing that some profiles on X had started writing about LayerZero and $ZRO. I'm 100% sure these people were paid. They chose to pay random shillers for posts, but they gave nothing to people who are loyal and have contributed for two years. This red flag encompasses both paid posts and cancelling future airdrops, which the team also promised earlier. I really appreciate what I have achieved with LayerZero, and I love all the team members, including @PrimordialAA , @ryanzarick , @domdotx , @blue_clarity , @SaschaPst (she is new and doesn't know the full story, but she's great), and the others. However, I also have to respect and love myself. I was never a fudder, but it seems like now it's time to hate LayerZero. I'm 100% sure they will succeed because they are doing something new and huge. However, treating their community badly is not cool. We were promised that each quarter, the members of the LayerZero headquarters, also known as LZ HQ, the highest community level of LayerZero, would receive quarterly $ZRO rewards. That's why I was still here; I was a true believer and holder of the token. But guess what? RED FLAG NUMBER 5 has appeared. So Q1 is finishing in 10 days and they've decided to announce that there are no $ZRO rewards. I don't know whether to laugh or cry now. At that point, I decided to write to Bryan and Raz to ask why things were going this way and why they were treating us like slaves. They ignored me, so I went public. I did a lot with my friends 2 people, will not cover names. We created more than 50 LayerZero spaces with builders and community members. I also created YouTube and TikTok channels with a total of more than 500,000 views and over 1,200 uploaded videos and shorts. I made about 240 posts about @LayerZero_Core. Sometimes, you just have to show proof of your work. And I received 4k $USD for all of this, LOL. Regarding the Whop campaign, the SIXTH RED FLAG was when I was botted and the system cut off my payment. I still haven't received my $108, and I doubt anyone will send it to me because no one will take responsibility. However, I completed the job on my end. OPEN LETTER TO THE LZ TEAM! I DON'T NEED ANYTHING FROM YOU, NOT EVEN ANY TOKENS. KEEP THAT 50K $ZRO TO YOURSELVES BECAUSE YOU ARE ALL SO GREEDY. THERE WERE ONLY 5 MEMBERS WHO SHOULD HAVE BEEN LEGENDARY, AND DESERVED LEGEND ROLE AND THAT 10K $ZRO REWARD BUT YOU PREFERRED TO SCAM US AND CHANGE THE RULES ALL THE TIME. YOU PREFERRED TO PAY OTHER RANDOM PROFILES TO SHILL THE PROJECT! IT'S EVEN ILLEGAL TO CHANGE THE RULES ALL THE TIME BE CAREFUL, I CAN ALSO SUE YOU. BUT I"M NOT THAT PERSON. What am I doing now? I'm selling all my $ZRO tokens, even at these prices! I'm thinking of quitting this industry thanks to the LayerZero Tier 1 project because they only think about themselves.
