Russia’s shadow grain fleet is exporting stolen Ukrainian grain at scale—over 850,000 tons in just four months—using transponder blackouts, spoofing, and covert transfers to hide the crime. Ukraine will intensify efforts to counter Russia’s shadow grain fleet, initiating new sanctions in the EU, G7, and other jurisdictions against all those involved in this theft and illicit trade.

It's time for common sense on both sides of the Atlantic. It's time to lower the emotional heat and focus on what truly matters to all. @NATO needs restructuring to strengthen the eastern flank, especially the Nordic/Baltic Northeast Corridor. We need cooler heads to lead. 10/10
