Access isn’t universal: - Not everyone lives near a station - Not everyone can afford the fares -Not everyone travels that route regularly -Many will still rely on cars or regional transit It’s like saying a single Catholic church in Toronto “serves 18 million people.” Technically it’s there, but in reality, only a fraction can or will use it. Muslims, Jewish, and atheist won’t use it. The people who can’t get to it won’t use it. The people who can’t afford to put in the collection plate won’t use it. But we’re borrowing that money under everyone’s name to build it. #HSR #onpoli #canpoli

Private companies may do the work but the gov provides the money! Dont forget the SL seaway!
