I'm thrilled to shared my very first scientific publication 🥳 MctB and CtpV are two transmembrane proteins from M.Tuberculosis. In this work the two proteins were used as antigens in a new thermostable vaccine formulation. pubs.acs.org/doi/full/10.10…

The proteoliposomes were coated in a MOF shell to confer the vaccines with thermo and chemical stability. The results are promising to address the global burden of Tuberculosis disease.

In this work, in collaboration with the Gassensmith Lab, two transmembrane proteins from Mycobacterium Tuberculosis were reconstituted into proteoliposomes and tested as the antigens in a new vaccine formulation. pubs.acs.org/doi/full/10.10…
