I got to read Breaking New Ground pre release! @EvanMaindonald is a primary source for property development from 0 to 1. The book goes through many strategies people with no resources can leverage to put bigger deals on their plate but Evan doesn’t sugar coat it. Any big reward always has associated risk. With #globalwarming being a significant concern, it's our responsibility to deliver schemes that positively impact the environment. We've teamed up with UK's #sustainability experts with the goal of taking a building, in this case, a hotel, off-grid.

With the government pushing energy-efficiency measures and banning fossil fuel heating in new builds from 2025, #groundsource heat pumps ensure our homes at #LimeGrove are future-proofed. bit.ly/323hUvC

With the combined use of Ground Source Heat Pumps, Solar PV-T and Mixed Mode Ventilation, our models have shown a power reduction of 112.89% and carbon emission reduction of 132.08% per annum, which translates to a massive cutback on yearly running costs by £397,488.72.

One of our architects for our residential development in #LimeGrove, Jerry Tate is equipped in delivering #sustainable #architecture. His firm @TateAndCo_ is currently working on a 109 bedroom hotel for The Eden Project in Cornwall which incorporates green technologies.

One of the proposed technologies we have been modelling is Solar PV-T or Photovoltaic thermal. It is a hybrid system that can enhance electrical energy efficiency and, at the same time, produce thermal energy.☀️⚡
