It's really impressive how dumb this guy is on the topic of the russian opposition. He thinks the tiny minority of pro-Putin zealots pretending to be russian oppositionists like Latynina is the mainstream of this movement which is completely ridiculous. Nafo level expertise.

Those at pains to draw this distinction are usually the ones who also lament how corruption in the Russian military made the invasion go sideways, how their EU visa restrictions are the real war crimes, and how Ukraine’s suffering is a footnote to the real crisis now facing the West: how to install themselves in the Kremlin. It’s a tough question as to whether the Iran war was a bigger strategic disaster for the US or Israel. But I’d probably go Israel because not only did they fail to achieve their key objectives but they’ve done enormous and enduring damage to the US-Israel relationship. As a partner and ally to the US, Bibi is finished. No Democrat or Republican will want you have anything to do with him and the next Israeli prime minister will have to devote enormous time and effort to repairing the relationship.
