It numbs you. It makes real life feel boring so that the only thing that feels alive is the addiction. You aren't choosing it anymore; the parasite is pulling the levers because it’s hungry for a hit. To kill it, you have to starve it, eventually, it will lose its grip......3/3

into thinking you’re achieving a biological goal, when you’re actually just draining your mental battery. It siphons off the dopamine you need for your business and your real life drive, leaving you with nothingness, which is the parasite eating your energy......2/3

Sorry or not sorry, Seventh Day Adventist’s are stupid people! How do you miss an Exam just because it’s a Saturday?

@Last_pendragon @believe_kama Do your own research. Christians use the Jewish calendar. Why aren't you contesting the date for Easter. Let's leave the day right now. On your Sunday, do you observe the Sabbath? Does your Pastor talk about it?

@Roy_hit12 @believe_kama Yea, I agree, since he couldn't control it. But, conceptually, why don't Christians observe the Sabbath?

@MelzFlanders @believe_kama I am happy that you used this phrase "He was only teaching the Pharisees common sense" common sense should tell him to go and write the exams.

@Roy_hit12 @believe_kama He is the Lord of the Sabbath. He restored a human being to health. Life saving can happen on the Sabbath day. He was only teaching the Pharisees common sense. Jesus lived a practical life. But y'all go to church on Sunday and still club that same day. PS: I'm not SDA

How well do you know your Bible as a Christian? 📖 I prayed for a child with tears. God answered me. I dedicated my son back to Him. He became a prophet. Who am I?

@AJ_Skyface @believe_kama Became popular how? Its literally in the bible to observe the Sabbath. God calls himself the Lord of the Sabbath. He rested on the seventh day. Why is it not applied?

@MelzFlanders @believe_kama Christians are not obligated to observe the sabbath. There is no evidence that the early Christians did either. Any day can be a sabbath now but Sunday became popular choice for most because of the resurrection

That’s usually when the breakdown happens, not because the guilt grew, but because your strength ran out. Also, some people are raised to be their own harshest judge. If you’re wired to perfection, you’ll burn out fast. Find a way to do the right thing...3/3

you’re healthy, and you have people around you, you can carry that weight for miles. You have the extra energy to keep the "secret" tucked away. But the moment life gets hard, like a sudden financial hit or family trouble, your "grip" weakens......2/3

People carry guilt differently for longer periods than others before they break down. It’s all about how much space you have left in your life to hold it. Think of guilt like a heavy bag you’re carrying while walking. If your life is going well, your business is steady......1/3

The heart is about the moment; the mind is about the memory. To stop the pain in your chest, you have to settle the argument in your head. usually by forgiving yourself or making things right. Until the mind is at peace, the body won't feel light again......3/3.

replaying the mistake made years ago randomly. You find yourself up at 2:00 AM, asking "Why did I do that?" and "What if?" It’s an exhausting mental loop that drains your energy and kills your focus. The heart feels the blow, but the mind carries the burden.........2/3

The mind is where the real weight sits. While the heart gives you that sudden, sick drop in your stomach or a racing pulse when you first realize you've messed up, that physical shock eventually fades. The mind, however, doesn't let go. It turns into a broken record......1/3
