Can we pause and talk about something important? Many of you followed the #StopGalamseyNow and #FreeTheCitizens protests closely. You watched as ordinary Ghanaians took to the streets to demand accountability, and you watched as the state responded by detaining them unlawfully. What you may not have seen was what happened behind the scenes; the lawyers who quietly stepped in, asked for nothing, and worked to get those people home. One of them is a young woman who gave her time and her legal expertise entirely pro bono. No fanfare, no press conference. She just showed up, did the work, and made sure those activists were not swallowed by a system that was betting they would be forgotten. Today, her family needs us. Her mother has been diagnosed with a rare, life-threatening blood disorder. She is in the ICU right now, receiving urgent treatment every single day. The costs are serious and they are growing. This family is carrying an enormous weight, and they should not have to carry it alone. I am asking you directly: please give what you can. Share this post further than my reach can take it. lol sometimes people would be asking publicly; “how are Ghanaians surviving?” Then someone will say; “I know an accountant who earns 3,000 monthly but he raised his children and took them through uni.” lol it’s not the accountant. It’s his wife, the waakye seller who makes 500-700 daily profit, Mondays to Saturdays. And yes I’m saying 500 cedis daily profit. You buy waakye 40 cedis you think Hajia is making 3 cedi profit? Someone who enjoys massive economics of scale and serves 100 buyers a day? No she’s making at least Ghc7 profit from each sale, can serve 100 people a day and make 700 cedis daily. Calculate. There are so many families that have food and market traders as their primary breadwinner. These women hardly glorify their businesses because they know what’s inside. That’s why the country is putting more effort into small scale businesses. Those businesses are making mad profit on a daily basis without accounting for it and paying taxes. Banks love them rough! Aunt Rida’s large provision shop Madina market where people troop in to buy bags of rice, oil, provisions for schooling etc is bagging 3,000 cedis profit a day. There’s mad profit in daily food and provision sales.

I have a question. Looking at this case, the whole government is bent of extraditing him to prove they do not condone internet fraud. In this case, is there really any judge anywhere that could stop this extradition? Because I feel there’re so many powerful people influencing the judge’s decision and regardless or what you submit, they already have their mind made up. How do we ensure the court is 100% independent and truly fair? In the US, a judge can even rule against the president. In Ghana, i doubt any judge would dare do that. How’s the court actually fair in it’s cases, I’m really confused on how fairness is ensured in Ghanaian courts.

Let’s Talk Abu Trica. 1. Abu Trica was set up by an FBI informant who approached him saying that he was expecting some 50,000 dollars. And that Abu Trica should help find a bank account for them to transfer the money into. 2. His share would be 13,000 dollars if he found an account. 3. Abu Trica went around asking different people because he thought he was making 13,000 dollars. 4. Someone gave him an account which he gave to the FBI undercover agents. 5. And he was paid 13,000 dollars. 6. This is the entire evidence the FBI provided. When Abu was arrested, the FBI came to him to give them the name of the person whose account it was. 7. Abu didn’t. Before the matter went to court, they had EOCO Issue a press statement claiming that Abu had scammed people of 8 million dollars. 8. There is no 8 million usd anywhere. We are here because of 13,000 dollars. 9. Now Abu was charged with conspiracy to commit wire fraud. 10. We presented the magistrate with 80 pages of legal argument, tracing the history of the Extradition Treaty, showing that the offence of conspiracy is not an extraditable offence. 11. Now, the matter is under appeal, so I won’t say more than that. Except that in my whole life I have never met a judge so eager to extradite a person before. Complete refusal to follow due process. Her mind was made up, from day 1. 12. The truth is Out of 200 requests Ghanaian has received, all 200 have been extradited by our courts. 200-0 oo. 13. If our Courts are willing to follow the law, not be afraid of America; Abu’s case will be 200-1. Shalom

If you’re smart enough, you’d realise two bars on the graph signifies two payments, which means, he got “below minimum earnings” for this week which was supposed to be the 3rd payment and 3rd bar on the graph. Now, this is a normal thing tho, but from someone who claimed to have cracked the code, organized classes to “put his followers on” and criticize me for not teaching my followers how to gamble their way to doom, I can only just laugh hmm😂
