After well over 2 hours the food arrived stone cold. It went straight into the bin. I’ve submitted a refund request on the order so here’s hoping I at least get my money back.

@Menulog I've been waiting more than 2hrs. "Things happen" so was just ok to cancel. Sadly, while your FAQs say it can be done on the website or app, there is nowhere on either to do so. If delivery is significant delayed, cancellation should be offered. Very poor service.
