@hotiiofficial You can go heavier if you do cable side laterals and use a cuff rather than a regular handle. The cuff really is the game-changer. You can go 5+ lbs heavier on 10-12 reps, (I do 25 lbs) better mid delt isolation, cleaner movement path, + you really feel the burn. Highly recommend
