I wanted to do an exit interview, i was denied. My principal didn’t ask ask me why i was leaving.

I taught on the @NSWEducation for 23 years and separated end of 2022. Was never asked why. Unfortunately many principals create a toxic culture and never questioned. If they do, they get a slap on the wrist. This needs to change if teachers are to stay.

Ask any teacher and they will tell you their workload has not decreased by 50 hours. Resignations now outstrip retirements. This kind of gaslighting shows a government that is unwilling to back its teachers and need to be voted out. #MoreThanThanks
