I created The Danger Zone: A Kitchen Safety Comic to make kitchen safety engaging and memorable for my Culinary Arts students. 📖👩‍🍳 We’ll use it as a lesson launch before entering the kitchen, followed by discussions and hands-on safety demonstrations. #LJTECHi3

Used GoodNotes to create a screen-recorded mini-lesson on reading a recipe before cooking! 📱👩‍🍳 Students can pause, replay, and review annotated recipes before entering the kitchen, and they can demonstrate learning by creating their own narrated recipe walkthroughs. #LJTECHi3

Experimented with the iPad’s Slow-Motion camera today! I recorded a colorful pinwheel spinning in front of a fan and noticed details I couldn’t see at normal speed. This would be an awesome tool in Culinary Arts for analyzing knife skills, cooking techniques, and food science!
