@MercedesBenzCDN I’m reaching out regarding my car, which has been in service for over 5 months due to a tire pressure sensor issue. Each time I contact the dealership, I’m told they are either working on it or waiting for a response from Germany. This 5-month wait is not reasonable. When I ask for a deadline, I’m told they can’t provide one and are still working on it. I’ve visited multiple times, called customer service, and escalated my case to a supervisor, yet the issue remains unresolved. Additionally, when I inquired about lemon law and buyout options, my requests were refused. I would appreciate your assistance in expediting this process. Thank you.
