🚨CIVIL SUIT FILED: I have officially filed a civil suit against Chris, Deyanna and Paige Ostroushko.
I promised to use every legal avenue to hold the Ostroushkos responsible and will be working with @MurdockJDF as we continue to pursue justice.
Chris, Deyanna and Paige are all facing federal charges and will also now be facing a civil suit for their violent and egregious behavior.
Not only did this family attack me, but they then doubled down and went on a media tour to further lie about me while attempting to raise money.
I made a promised that I wouldn’t let them get away with this and am looking forward to keeping it.

If XRP hit six figures today, the same people preaching 'HODL' would be the first ones hitting the sell button to secure their family's future. Everyone had the same opportunity to buy and sell XRP that I did. I did the same thing with bitcoin and ETH and nobody seems to have a problem with that. I utterly reject the idea that selling is somehow morally inferior to buying and have advocated that everyone sell when it's in their personal financial interest to do so. I've never argued people should sacrifice their own financial benefit for that of others and the rejection of that idea is what initially attracted me to the early bitcoin community.
