@rordkelly Akpi must be an illiterate! The word “Ogbe” means “Hood” a short form of the word “Neighborhood”. Somebody who lives @ GRA or Ind. layout, Enugu can say “Ogbe m” and these areas are dominated by rich people, it’s just a slang
