Suarez is the worst thing ever happened to Messi's club career.

@Intermiamicfhub He also has a great connection with Leo- This is some bullshit. Messi haven't score a goal when he and Suárez are on pitch at the same time. They are not compatible. Suárez took too much Messi's comfort zone on pitch.

🚨🗣️Guillermo Hoyos about starting Suarez: "He’s a player who gives a lot to the team. His first half was very good—strong link-up play, short passing, and holding the ball. Against a team sitting deep, that’s not easy. He also has a great connection with Leo—they understand each other naturally. We had good chances in the first 20–25 minutes; it was just about finishing them. Overall, the play was positive, and we’re getting to know the squad better. Now, with a full week to work, we can improve physically, technically, and tactically."

@Intermiamicfhub Suarez start and play 90 minutes again?Darkness day returns to Miami again. It's not hard to notice whenever he's on the pitch, Messi couldn't score this season. They two are just not compatible. He takes Messi's natural zone.

🚨 FT: Inter Miami 1-1 New England Another chance for a first win at Nu Stadium slips away 😔 Bright start, but faded into familiar patterns. Midweek travel likely played a part ✈️ Thoughts on the performance? 👇

He’s not only one of if not the best player of all time, but his style of play also embodies what futbol should look like to a lot of people. I get the fandom, but I agree that just blindly defending whatever he does without critical thinking is misguided. #InterMiamiCF #Messi

@ClayC1969 @FrancoPanizo I love messi, the man is arguably the best ever.....But the amount of people online who have an unhealthy obsession with him is.......Weird.

SUAREZ OR BERTERAME? Germán Berterame has done some useful things for this team. He has given them garra, movement, and a bit more connective play in transition. The 2 goals and 2 assists are lackluster, but there is absolutely a case for him if your priority is work rate and mobility. But what if the question is simpler? Who should START if the job is to finish chances and give Messi the finsher he deserves? I still think the answer is Luis Suárez. They are level on MLS goals. But Suárez has done it with far less minutes: 5 shots to Berterame’s 10, and 146 league minutes to Berterame’s 514. Berterame can help a game. Suárez can decide one. And when a player is still producing at that rate, you do not overthink it. If Miami want more running, more chasing, more defensive work from the No. 9, then Berterame has a case. But if they want the best pure finisher, the sharpest reference point in the box, and the striker most likely to punish one half-chance, Suárez should be the choice. I would start Suárez and use Berterame as the second option, for now. Or maybe start them both. Curious what your take is on this? #InterMiamiCF #Suarez #Berterame

@ara14027 @Intermiamicfhub Do you really think any team other than Inter Miami or Nacional would even make him an offer? Nacional probably would, but they have less money than Inter Miami. And it’s not like he’s willing to accept a substitute role. He doesn’t really have a choice.

@Messimania123 @Intermiamicfhub So why would he stay another season after he knew he would be benched all season? He and Masche literally spoke and he agreed to be benched, no animosity what so ever. But you have to make up stupidities to feel good about yourself.

🚨The conspiracy theories around Javier Mascherano’s exit are hilarious and getting out of hand— absurd claims about fallouts with Luis Suárez, Rodrigo De Paul, or Germán Berterame are simply not true. The primary reason for his departure was the CCC exit. Period.

MORE ON MASCHERANO: Mascherano’s resignation stems from a fractured locker room. Specifically, relationships with key veterans had reached a breaking point. The tension with Luis Suárez was a major factor. Suárez reportedly never saw eye-to-eye with Mascherano after being benched last season due to physical limitations. Furthermore, the arrival of Rodrigo de Paul added fuel to the fire. Mascherano did not request the signing, leading to a disconnect between the coaching staff and the front office/player. #InterMiami #MLS #Mascherano #DiceElDani

If Messi ever partnered with Lewa, Benzema or any other decent strikers, they would bring at least one more Champions League title for Barcelona. suarez is a huge embarrassment in Champions League, this is the fact. Also if miami doesn't bench Suarez, Messi would never won MLS Cup either.Die-hard Messi fans and Barca fans hate Suarez with a passion.

@Messimania123 @Intermiamicfhub @InterMiamiAcad Your account is embarrassing. What if instead of Suarez beside Messi his whole career, it was Bendtner? Would Messi have so many assists? Would he have won so many trophies? Be grateful for Suarez, he’s an incredible player friend and teammate for Messi’s career.

Suarez’s beautiful stats came at the cost of Messi sacrificing his favorite position and creating countless chances, many of which Suárez wasted. This isn’t a friendship built on mutual success, but one where one side feeds off the other. There’s a reason why so many die-hard Messi fans dislike Suárez.

Still an issue. @FrancoPanizo was invited to training all week. Attended and continues providing coverage, yet he’s not accepted into another game. @InterMiamiCF forgetting that local coverage matters. Disappointing. Do better.
