@BCBSAssociation @FLBlue I am shocked at how this is being handled….I need to broadcast this madness in hopes of someone at BCBS of Florida can assist… My policy renewed, BCBSFL changed my spouses last name, but can’t fix it…, no coverage, but still changes full premium?!
