This song is called KASONGO or KSK (Kasongo Seif Kadima),
It was composed and sung by Josky Londa Kiambukuta for TPOK Jazz.
It was composed in Nairobi in 1983 and recorded in Brussels, Belgium, in 1983. It was released in 1984 in Brussels but also released in Nairobi in 1985.
Kasongo is a man you help, but turns around to harm you.
"Bandeko nasalisaka, bango ne babomi,"
My brothers that I help are the same ones who are finishing me.
"Molimo emasana nakosala mabe te,"
My soul is not used to doing evil things!
Enjoy!

So many simps and cuckolds on my replies today.
Most have just followed me recently because of #RejectFuelPrices
Your Saturday of reckoning is coming soon.
Come to my class with your bread-mould minds, and I will deal with you heavily.

I have successfully moved my clinic to a new location.
Since January it has been draining, stressful and tiresome.
We scaled down services due to renovations. Services have now resumed.
This is phase 1, wing 1 which is done. 4 more phases to go.

The entire sugar industry is run and captured by the Rai companies. These Rai companies run the sugar sector on behalf of the Kenyatta Family.

Nzoia Sugar was bought by Nzoia Sugar 2025 Co LTD owned 100% by Rai.
Rai owns shares in Gicheha LTD.
Gicheha is Kenyatta's family repurposed vehicle in sugar and milk sector.
Here is Rai buying Panpaper in April 2016. He turned it into an industrial sugar warehouse.

Kitum Cave in Mt. Elgon, a tourist site.
Thousands of Rousette Bats (fruit bats) live there.
Fruit bats are the natural reservoir hosts of the Marburg virus.
Marbug virus is virulent and humans are infected by coming into contact with infected bats.
No cause for alarm.
World of Statistics@stats_feed
🇰🇪 There is a cave in Kenya that contains a virus with an 88% mortality rate. And it is currently open to the public.

Why do you all act surprised?
This is what these Kalasingas have been doing since Mumias Sugar's death.
They import industrial sugar, store it in their warehouses, such as Webuye, package it, and then sell it to you.
There is not enough sugarcane supply to meet demand locally.
Sugarcane farming has drastically dropped by 40%.
These private Kalasinga sugar factories don't have enough farmers' pool to supply sugarcane for crushing, production and supply. They rely on importing cheap, toxic industrial sugar to repackage.
But the bottom line is this:
STOP consuming sugar.
Sugar is harmful to your health.
It leads to chronic diseases like diabetes, hypertension and cancer.

Devolution of health services is the best thing to come out of COK13: More health resources and accessible services for peripheral communities.
But messed up by greedy, ravenous, predatory plunderers.
Health as a national function will be worse. Look at KNH, MTRH, NSIH.
Tim Njiru ✈️@timnjiru
Health services should be a National thing. I believe this is one area that our government should consider. Side shows will not address the challenges facing Kenya’s health sector. #NewSky
