Cannot believe that @MetTVH are going to leave a woman with dementia and other illnesses 14 days before they look at a toilet that’s not flushing,and request she uses a bucket of water down the toilet to replace the flush. Wonder if the tenant is entitled to pay less rent??

@MetTVH The driver of this vehicle owned by you abused swore and threatened me in my car before he kicked my bumper and then hid in his cab when I got out of my car. Hes a bully and bad representation of your organization

@MetTVH concerning the continuing problem of ground floor lighting @Mary Rose Close Hampton. This needs to be addressed long term as of 31/01/26 it is in darkness again! Someone has just tripped down the lower stairs due to the darkness! @LBRUT surely against health & safety?

@MetTVH it’s been 12 working days and we still not have received keyfobs for our home. We paid it and still not received. I am stuck at home. Who is taking action on this. This should be consider as a matter of urgency and should be posted thru courier

Thanks to Chalkhill Community Centre @ChalkhillC for all their work supporting residents and the local community. This was a great event that brought all the staff and volunteers from the Centre together for festive fun with kids and adults.

The housing crisis is one of the greatest challenges of our time and CASE’s report exposes the scale of the challenge the next government will face. With a structural deficit of 1.2 million new homes over the next 10 years, 830,000 of which are social rent, now is the time for our politicians to show they are serious about tackling this crisis head on. The report recommends: • Reintroducing supply targets. • Tenure sub targets to increase the supply of social and affordable homes. • Higher grant funding to go beyond replacement and help to increase the provision of social and affordable housing. • Support for shared ownership. • A review of the social rent formula. As the general election approaches, housing promises to be a key issue for voters as they head to the polls. With the notion of a secure, affordable home feels as distant as ever for millions of people the next government must follow the recommendations outlined in this report and work across government, the housing sector and local authorities to deliver the homes we as a nation need. We cannot afford not to. By adopting CASE’s recommendations, our politicians can show that they share our ambition of the chance for everyone to have a decent, affordable home and to live well.
