Mart Zien (@azealter?si=JIvdVFeVvI1G1oQO" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">youtube.com/@azealter?si=J…) is a Cannes-credited film producer whose AI work has swept major festivals, been covered in Forbes, and been cited on the Masters of Scale podcast. Javi Lopez (@javilopen?si=FU6UouE386mQAOOQ" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">youtube.com/@javilopen?si=…) is the founder of Magnific AI, a tool used in the VFX of a major Robert Zemeckis film starring Tom Hanks. One search tells you exactly who we are and what we do. So when @TeamYouTube and @YouTubeCreators label our work "inauthentic" with no definition, no breakdown, and no appeal path worth using, that's not moderation. That's a platform that has stopped being able to tell the difference between spam and craft. @nealmohan What does "inauthentic content" actually mean? Who decides? Three years. I always knew who I was. I just spent two decades fighting to stay alive long enough to prove it. Everything I am as a creator was always in there. Waiting. Buried under survival mode. Under the weight of just getting through. There was so much inside me I couldn't reach. So much I didn't have the ground beneath my feet to build yet. And then something shifted. The door opened. I walked through it and didn't stop. Kept building. Kept making. Kept going back into the work even when the work wasn't ready for me yet. And somewhere in all of it, the vision cleared. The world got real. The voice that came out wasn't one I invented. It was one I finally got to let out. And then Route 47 happened. And I fell completely in love. I think about these characters every single day. These stories. This whole strange, broken, beautiful world I keep building piece by piece. They're with me when I wake up. They're with me in every quiet moment. I'm constantly pulling threads, deepening the lore, finding out what this universe is actually trying to say, because it tells you things if you listen close enough. I have fallen in love with what lives inside Route 47. Genuinely. And that love has changed me as a human being. Call me crazy, but hey... I was already halfway there anyway. I know what moves me now... what haunts me. I know what I keep coming back to in the dark. That kind of knowing doesn't come from a single moment. It comes from showing up every day and letting the work crack you open. This has been one of the greatest gifts of my life. And a blessing to meet so many talented and genius creatives. Three years of becoming. Two decades in the making. I'm just now finding out what I'm capable of and just getting warmed up. Thank you everyone who's been with me on this journey. A lot of big things happened this week that I'm not at liberty to discuss yet but I just feel truly grateful for everything ahead at the end of a long week. Have a great weekend everyone! 🫶🫶

This is the future of storytelling. Not in some distant way… but like right now. I made this using AI. It’s called PAPERCUT. A new animated film concept I'm developing. It's not perfect, but it gets the creative juices flowing. The idea came from my son. We were just talking and he said he wished there was a movie about a Blasian kid surviving a zombie apocalypse. And it hit me… that movie doesn’t exist. Not because it’s not a good idea, but because it would probably never get made. So I made it. And once I started, I couldn’t stop thinking about it. Like where did all the great zombie movies go? The ones that felt original, that had personality. The Shaun of the Deads, the George Romero classics. What if you took that energy… but made it animated? Stylized. A little fun. A little scary. Something a kid could watch, but still feel the danger. That’s what this is. Honestly… this doesn’t happen without AI. This idea just stays a conversation. But now it’s real. That’s the shift. You don’t have to wait around anymore hoping someone says yes. You can just go make the thing.

ONE person can make a TV pilot most people can’t tell is AI… ...imagine what a full team of industry veterans at @promise_ai are cooking up. This is an adult animated comedy about an undercover cop. Everyone's using AI video to blow things up. I wanted to see if it could just… sit there. "The Long Suffering of Earl Duggins" is a one-minute comedy scene. Two guys at a gas station. One is old and tired. The other is young, handsome, and catastrophically stupid. That's it. No VFX. No action. Just dialogue, deadpan timing, and a crooked cowboy hat. Made entirely with Seedance 2.0. Huge thanks to the @dreamina_ai team for the Creative Partner access. I specifically wanted to push what this model can do beyond the flashy stuff. Can it hold a static two-shot? Can it land a pause? Can it make you feel the weight of a man who's simply… done? Turns out...yeah. It can. The best comedy has always lived in the silences. I wanted to see if AI filmmaking could live there too. Not every scene needs a camera flying through an exploding building. Sometimes the funniest shot is just a man smoking, staring at an idiot, and wondering where it all went wrong.
