@OwODixie Torx don't slip at all unless they're on shallow countersunk fasteners, but even then you can put some pressure on it and it's much easier to hold. They're amazing on protruding heads and don't have like a million size variants like Phillips. They're life savers for a mechanic

@OwODixie For lower torques, torx is king, easiest to slot and hold and least likely to fail during installation in my experience. Hex is better for high torque applications, torx can as well but they're harder to install the higher it goes or with countersink. I haven't used the last two
