My dad called periods disgusting. My little brother shut him down in one sentence. My brother asked me what periods were like because one of his friends had just gotten hers and he didn’t want to make it awkward for her. So I explained it. Cramps, hormones, chocolate, the basics. Hot take.. anyone 18 to 25 should be required to enlist and at least complete basic training through the military branch of their choice.. NO requirement to serve longer once basic training is complete. Some people will find they like it and want to stay..others will say it was a great experience, I’ve learned some discipline and work ethic then move on with their life. We will at the very least instill values into this next, soft & coddled generation… @PeteHegseth
