Sorry for silence and lack of streams. I know I only missed one this week so far, but I always feel really guilty when I can't stream my usual 4 days. I've been having a horrid week at work, and I'm looking for a new job asap. Things have gotten really bad and I have been leaving work daily at 7pm and starting at 7am. I'm tired and burned out, and all I want to do is stream and sing for you all, but my full time job is demanding a lot from me. I hope to stream tomorrow. I miss you all.

yea i definitely have an upper respiratory infection yay!! baby cough!! my new doctor won’t send me in a prescription and requires me to be seen so i have a doctors appointment at 6:45pm TOMORROW… bro just give me the zpack.. i already know it’s gonna be “symptoms? ok i send in zpack to pharmacy” we did this a month or so ago already 🥲 i miss old doc… he got tired of it and would just jump on the phone for 2 seconds and then send it in… and let me constantly have one on me so im gonna be sick for the next 2 weeks probably since i cant get meds until at least friday night :(

Hello, bad news, awful news actually- Unfortunately- I have a throat infection, this means speaking has become incredibly painful and I likely won't be able to speak, or sing until it's gone. I've been communicating to family members via writing all day, and taking it slow, but I fear all projects that might include me speaking or singing will have to be delayed until this is over ;; My sincerest apologies to everybaji and I will be holed up in my room sipping tea and taking medicine until further notice.

@vt_julius @acewindhover Yeah there's only so much you can get out of a mic upgrade in some cases. Sometimes treating the room is what's worth looking into over another mic.

@MetalWeebcore @acewindhover I agree with your assessment. I listened to his voice on stream and singing (provided he's using that mic), and he sounded really good. I did hear some room echo on the stream, and I like the dynamic recommendation

Audio gearheads, im looking for a potential upgrade from my Rode NT1A in the $500-1000 range. Any condenser mic recommendations? Main application being home recorded vocals.

Hey VTubers, if you can afford to, please - Tip your artists, especially if you think their rates are very affordable. This way they can keep it that way. - Endorse your hired creatives in your descriptions, in the credits, share their progress, so they can get more commissions. - Hire regularly for commissions, especially if you like someones work, you can help someone go full-time with regular commissions and really change their life. - Allow editors to use your videos for their portfolio. - NDA when you need, but know that model behind the scenes material, streamed or snippets actually helps draw hype more than a quiet debut, especially in the indie sphere!!! It helps both of you!! - Share peoples works with your VTuber friends, more commissions for a creative may let them make more time to follow their commissions and put other work aside, gatekeeping helps only you. - Commission a variety of people, get fresh effects for your shorts, different audiences, a new angle, and help new artists get exposure!

It sucks to be me right now... I don't wanna air out my dirty laundry to everyone but I just need everyones warmth... I almost lost my mother last week...she tried to commit and now my cousin is in a coma and it just feels like I cant keep up mentally and emotionally anymore
