Justifying holding the basketball for over a minute by saying the other team could come guard them is crazy. You can’t justify bad ball. This is BAD basketball. This helps no one. This is not fair to the players. Probably a reason why the best coaches in the state go prep now.

@RaphealDavis3 Back in the 80s, this crap happened from time to time. Western Boone made it to the Lafayette semi-state in '82 by stalling. They played Gary Roosevelt with Renaldo Thomas and Winston Garland and it ended up in the 30s. It's hard to believe coaches don't shame colleagues.

This is NOT basketball. Indiana High School Basketball needs a shot clock in the worst way. Stuff like this doesn’t prepare guys for the next level. Can’t understand how people continue to defend stuff like this. It’s bad for the game.
