@TravisBOUND It’s not an assist in either it case, but I feel like it should be an assist no matter the outcome of the free throws. Never understood why an assist should be taken away because of a foul on the shot.

@SeverinLL1965 @czabe My son did something similar in 7th grade, his shoe fell off, he picked it up, then a shot went up and he knocked the rebound out of the air with the shoe he was holding. Ref blew it dead, didn’t know what to call and just gave the other team the ball out of bounds. 🤷🏻♂️
