The target for this deal was 15%. As of year nine we have an average return to investors after all fees 25.2% per year. Real Estate t ft hat has time to mature combined with debt fully maturing can truly benefit investors. This deal started only paying 4% cash flow - had our long term business plan of refinancing the debt been impeded we would not have exceeded our targets. Good job to the team at CarsoneCapital
