@jet2tweets I am still yet to hear any kind of response to a complaint I made in July… I have been assured that your customer service team will be in touch at some point, but I am yet to hear anything… Seems even more unfair that you ruined our holiday and now won’t discuss it!

Today, our Year 11 chefs took at trip to Taiwan, the origin of 'Salt and Pepper Chicken'. They served it with egg fried rice. They had to focus on balancing flavours, hygiene and safety and how to present dishes in an attractive and appealing way. #GCSEHospitalityandCatering

@jet2tweets I’m waiting to hear back from your ‘customer service’ team after a totally appalling experience with you this Summer. Waited well over the 28 days and still no reply. Lost cases, unsafe accommodation, and a ruined family holiday. Are we going to get a response?
