As a man when you know of a job opportunity, plug a brother. Stop this thing of plugging women in hopes that you'll plug them later Help a man with a job, there's 99% chance that if you bump into him a year later he'll buy you a drink Help a woman with a job, there's a 99% chance that in a month she won't even remember you Be a brother's keeper.

@callmembj11 @lawrencekitema If it has lasted 30 years, not withstanding the challenges then it's worth moddelling Primary goal of marriage is raising children, issues of joy are subjective

Not every 30-year marriage is a success worth modelling. Plenty are just people staying together out of duty, kids, or lack of options, with zero joy or growth. Social media couples at least show the reality of modern expectations and incompatibility that our parents' generation often ignored or endured quietly. Dismissing valid fears as "no sense" ignores how times and people have changed.

Your parents have been married for close to 30 years. You don’t see them as role models for marriage, but two social media couples who got married and divorced in less than two years are making you scared to get married. You see that you don’t have sense.

Husband and wife went to court for a divorce. Judge: You have 3 children. How do you plan to divide them? The couple stepped aside, talked for a long while, then returned and said, "Alright, sir. We'll come back next year with one more. But the joke didn't end there. Nine months later, they had twins.

When my son graduated from high school, he had to give a speech. He began by reading from his prepared text: “I want to talk about my father and the wonderful influence he has had on my life.” He told the audience, “He is a shining example of parenthood, and I love him more than words could ever do justice.” At this point he seemed to struggle for words. After a pause, he looked up with a shy grin and said, “Sorry, but it’s really hard to read my father’s handwriting.”

Within the framework of education reform, Zimbabwe should consider reinstating the former Junior Certificate (JC) at Form 2 as a formal entry point into vocational training pathways. This would introduce practical, skills-based learning at an earlier stage, fostering the timely development of artisanship and technical competence. Not all pupils need to proceed through an extended academic track culminating in GCSE O Level. A more differentiated system would allow those with strong academic performance to advance to Forms 3 and 4, while others are purposefully redirected into vocational streams aligned with industry needs. Reducing the number of students progressing to Forms 3 and 4 would improve the teacher–student ratio and enhance the overall quality of education at that level. More importantly, it would enable the reallocation of education budget resources towards vocational training and the improvement of teachers’ working conditions. Historically, Zimbabwe’s industrial base, particularly during the Rhodesian era, drew significantly from individuals educated up to Form 2, many of whom progressed into skilled trades, technical roles, and administrative positions. Reintroducing a structured grading threshold at this stage would enable a more efficient allocation of human capital, balancing academic progression with technical training. Ultimately, an overemphasis on academic qualifications at the expense of practical skills risks undermining national development. Nyaya dzekutandanisa ma degree hadzivake nyika.

When @wicknellchivayo donates to individuals they complain…. Now that he has decided to donate to all the 210 Constituencies through their MPs, they complain even louder! The money is not for the MPs’ personal needs, it’s for COMMUNITY PROJECTS. They can buy cement & bricks to build classrooms, they can drill boreholes, they can pay school fees for underprivileged learners… MILLIONS of Zimbabwe will be impacted by the donation…. We have people who are now habitual whiners while they contribute NOTHING. If you don’t want others to donate, just do the donating yourself….

The incessant need to show off their wealth in Zimbabwe is not only BIZARRE but the very reason there won’t be any progress anytime soon. Fast cars, properties, watches, aeroplanes, helicopters, Gucci, LV & giving money away like it’s water. I mean who shows off gifting your 18 year old daughter a house? I knew you of many rich families growing up that could have bought their kids houses when they turned eighteen. In fact the rule was go to a foreign country for a couple of years & live in shared accommodation work in factories work on farms during harvest season & live in a caravan. EXPERIENCE the true meaning of life! Not in modern day Zimbabwe they think it’s great & inspirational. Them that G6 guy throws 18k at her a thousand for every year she born. How fucking dumb is that. I consult for someone who sold his car business for £280 million. Whenever I see him he is in his £40 steal cap boots jeans & a John Deer t-shirt. He own nearly half of Northampton commercial properties to. Everyday he is either at the cattle, pigs, chickens or driving tractors. Only thing he had was a Rolex that showed any form of wealth. If you seen him in town you’d think he works for someone on a farm. You a fool if you think what they doing is some kind of achievement. It’s pathetic it’s stupid & exposes the type of people they are. Morons!

Remittances to Zimbabwe exceed $1.5B annually. Foreign direct investment is under $400M. Meaning the diaspora is the real foreign investor. The government taxes remittances (downstream transactions) instead of enabling them. Should Zimbabwe create a formal diaspora investment bond or tax incentive to channel remittances into productive investment? Countries like India and Israel built diaspora bonds into national development strategy. Zimbabwe treats its diaspora as a cash machine while offering them no political representation.
