If you can't trust the nurses you work with on something as basic as checking vitals, it's quite dangerous and irresponsible to leave patients in their care. Nurses are professionals if you have issues with them make official complaint, not burden Doctor with covering their jobs.



@Dr_youngy There are even ones where the HO monitors 30 minutes blood sugar. Imagine wasting a doctor on such a task. I won't even talk about the consultants that insist that the HO must take his own vital signs and you don't dare give them a nurse's vital signs.
