Service providers are always quick to sell their products/service. Mara have an issue with their billing or wanting to enquire about your account - and they will not answer their calls.

@MiXTelematics I have been receiving messages that my unit failed the health status check I called the customer services several times and I was advised that they have booked a technician I have been waiting for a technician to call me it has been over 8 days now
