I cried to your officer and she then suggested a "directed offer" to an alternative property which I immediately accepted. Now she's telling me to wait at the property for workers to come

@PhilipGlanville it's 4 weeks since I was placed in an uninhabitable property by Hackney Council. I feel my complaints are falling in deaf ears. It's Friday, again I have to try find me and my daughter somewhere to spend the night. Why haven't I been provided with accommodation?

@PhilipGlanville @mayorofhackney I'm sorry but your intervention has done nothing. I spent last night on a friends sofa with my child because the officer failed to carry out correct checks of the property. Council left us helpless over Christmas and I still have nowhere to live.

@mayorofhackney @glen I'm sorry Mr Mayor but your intervention has done nothing. My housing officer has left me hanging knowing I have no where to stay. I'm on my friends sofa with a 1 year old. All because the officer did not do appropriate checks before letting a flat.

@PhilipGlanville @Meg_HillierMP after speaking to my housing manager yesterday, I was told that she will be in contact in a few hours to give me an update, however I have not heard from her since. I do wonder where she thinks me and my daughter are spending these cold nights..

@PhilipGlanville after 18 months in hostel me and my daughter have been moved to uninhabitable temp accommodation with no heating or hot water. Told housing officer immediately before holidays but they sat on it. We are cold, alone, with nowhere else to go @hackney @HackneyAbbott
