Then you could quickly teach a root like "liber" meaning free through a morphology matrix. I believe this can be scalable at the secondary level. I wonder what secondary teachers think?

Science of Reading - Secondary Level Teaching morphology at the secondary level in the content areas is one action that would probably get buy in from secondary teachers. Where do you start? I would think of morphology by topic area. In NYS, 8th graders learn about WWII.

@BFC_530 @oldbay84 Morning all! Interesting question. I read everyday to my two for years. They also saw me reading all the time. It pains me to say that they now hate reading. I think the reading logs and annotations and all the things in school backfired. So my answer is: who knows #bfc530
