In 2026, you apparently can’t redistrict through a public referendum. But when Republicans want to ram through Congressional maps designed to dilute Black voting power and shut out Black candidates, the courts turn a blind eye.  Republicans have become the party of Jim Crow 2.0, and our judicial system is letting it happen.
