Liquid biopsy is a sensitive method for detecting FGFR mutations! At tumor fractions greater than 1%, detection rates exceed tissue biopsy. Potential to supplement cases with insufficient/inaccessible tissue and can capture tumor heterogeneity! @FoundationATCG @JoeJacobMD1
