Incredibly grateful to get the opportunity to start all 12 games of my freshman year. Had a total of 120 snaps, 2 tackles with 2 assists. Thankful for my coaches, teammates, trainers, managers, and support staff. Achieving a dream just made me hungry for more.

Thankful for all the coaches who gave me an opportunity to play for their programs! Excited that I’ll be continuing my academic & football journey at Alabama A&M University! It will be a privilege to play for @coach_sam_shade and Coach Amos Jones. Proud to #BeADawg #GloryToGod
12 men this AM. 1st 3 man teams=Pullups, American hammers & dips. Stadium: Step1=1 merkin, step16=16 BBS. Back down to bottom. Step2=2 merkin, step15=15 BBS, etc. Every 4th round we ran around field. (2 miles) Prov. 3:5-6 Lean into scripture and prayer to help with decisions

13 HIM this AM! Snaked FB field 25 up/downs Bearcrawl 10yd/10 burpees,run 20 pushups/lunge 10yd 30 raiseroofs, run-etc 100yd sprints COT excerpts from Lead w/ Prayer. Every time leaders "waste time" (talking about prayer) w/ God in friendship, we are restoring paradise on Earth.
15 PAX (w/ 2 FNGs) this AM. Started w/ warmups, then 11s: 10 Thrusters & 1 pullup, w/ a bit of ground covered between (3.25 mi total) Then merkins, BBS, wallsits, calfraises. COT:Tension b/t ways of the world & ways of God. Only possible through the Holy Spirit. Colossians 3:2
15 Wildcats came together for a VQ Waterloo. Tabata workout 45s on 15s rotation for 2 rounds: Sleds, BBS, Lunges, Sprints, J-Los, Rifling, LBS, Monkeys, Dollies, Pointers, WW3, encouragement & more! COT:“We suffer more in our imagination than in reality”Seneca. Matthew 14:22-33
9 HIM at Wildcat this AM. At stadium w/ block, 12 rounds of: 10 squats 10 pointers 10 jump squats 20 calf raises step-ups w/block sprint up each round. Then 2 hill sprints & back to COT. Message: Maintain self control/discipline outside the gloom & in all aspects of our lives.
