We don't have any water in Utah!!! Please understand this. It's a disaster here. The Great Salt Lake and Lake Powell are lower than they have ever been. If you can build it without water, then go for it. Otherwise, put it in Minnesota or somewhere with lots of land and unlimited water.

Why is there suddenly such an aggressive push against American data centers and AI infrastructure? After seeing a major spike in coordinated opposition campaigns around our Utah projects, we conducted a digital audit and traced a large amount of the activity back to an organization called Alliance for a Better Utah, which has been pushing misinformation throughout Box Elder County about our data center developments. What’s even more concerning is where the funding appears to originate. After reviewing IRS Form 990 filings and tracing the network behind it, the money appears tied to Chinese linked funding channels connected through an organization called Arabella. Think about the incentive, if China is racing to dominate AI and compute capacity, why wouldn’t they want to slow American infrastructure down?

🚨Bet you didn't hear ANYTHING about this in the mainstream media - maybe because the races of the shooter / victim didn't match the media's narrative? Isaiah Page, 18, has been sentenced to 190 years in prison. He was found guilty of executing Bryce Gerlach, 18, at the Harvest Homecoming festival in New Albany, Indiana, in October 2024. Police say he was trying to take out a rival gang member and accident hit Bryce. According to the judge, during the sentencing, Page showed no remorse - and the attack was totally unprovoked. That's not all. Twelve other people have already been sentenced in connection to the case... and again, you probably had NO idea. REPOST and let's do the media's job. WE ARE the media now - you and us. #thinblueline #lawenforcement

@andtheyhadcake @ChrisNoblett @RepLuna Lol. You'd rather die than maybe possibly get cancer in the future? Starvation has killed more people than anything else in human history. The fact we have an abundance of food is nothing short of miraculous. It's not all healthy, but we aren't dying of starvation so who cares?

I have now been accosted by two Republican members of Congress for trying to remove pesticide liability protections. Both of which claim to be “God-fearing” Christians, but are shilling for cancer causing pesticide companies. Yikes. One even claims to be pro-life, but is cool with pesticides killing kids.

@RepLuna You're usually great but you're wrong on this. Let's definitely find an alternative, but millions will die if you just stop using glyphosate all at once.

@realannapaulina @thefoodbabe THANK YOU This was one of the more disgusting policy betrayals of this administration. This stuff is literally poison and there is absolutely no reason we should be spraying it on food in any capacity.

Glyphosate is making Americans sick. The people that are the poorest are consuming the highest amounts. It is poison. Literally. The farm bill must be stopped until provisions protecting glyphosate are removed.

I guarantee we can't feed everyone without using glyphosate. So we can let people starve or use a harmful chemical that won't kill most people who eat it. The fact we figured out how to grow enough food to feed everyone is a miracle. Take out GMOs and pesticides and herbicides and millions would starve. It sucks but it's reality.

Yesterday was a big day for Utah, and once again we’ve set ourselves up to be able to get a slate of public officials who will actually represent Utahns and their interests. Utahns must do everything we can to elect both Phil Lyman and Karianne Lisonbee to congress, ousting two colossal embarrassments in the persons of Celeste Maloy and Blake Moore.

I agree with you wholeheartedly that the focus should be on God the Father and the Savior. But the post said obey the prophets or else! I'm not sure anything Brigham said was followable. I grew up passing the sacrament to Presidents Monson and Nelson regularly. I lived around the corner from President Nelson's summer home. Interacted with him numerous times. They were both so wonderful. But as presidents of the church, my best guess is they were senile and should not have been put in charge. The seniority thing needs to stop. The prophet should be chosen by revelation, not by automatic next man up. They broke so much in the church and it doesn't seem like anyone is willing to step up and fix it. I'm well acquainted with the parable. I'm just not sure anymore who are wheat and who are tares. Too many members are honestly just horrible people and that doesn't change the truthfulness of the Gospel, but "by their fruits ye shall know them" goes both ways and I just see a lot of rotten, moldy, fly-ridden fruit these days. Money is the root of all evil and everyone I see loves money more than ANYTHING, including God.

@MichaelBluth20 Our focus should be Jesus Christ, much more so than prophets or the church itself. Read The Parable of The Wheat and The Tares. You’re right! Our existence itself is offensive to many. Brother, do not let the shortcomings of leaders be your focus. Listen to The Holy Ghost.

I think you should have added the qualifier "actual." We all love Phil but he has no sway in the party itself. I doubt there has ever been such a popular politician in history that can't win an election. And I don't think Lee has even been to Utah in years. Cocks and Deidre run the show here. Or rather, whoever is funding them runs the show. Conservative Utah Republicans don't seem to have an ounce of control over the party itself.

This is nothing more than an interpretation of Daniel 2. It doesn't say "church." Assuming this refers to TCOJCOLDS is just that, an assumption. Until Christ returns, anything is possible with the church and its leaders because they are just regular dudes and we are ALL "less than the dust of the earth." Time after time after time, the righteous followers of God and Jesus have become prideful and wicked and have fallen away. I can't imagine a people more prideful than today's Mormons (at least the ones in Utah.) And just look at where we are. People leaving the church in droves. Leaders going woke. Leaders changing actual doctrine. Leaders kowtowing to Muslims of all people. Alphabet people running all the non-religious church organizations. Developers running everything else. Pedophiles everywhere. Pedophile protectors everywhere. Cheating on financial dealings. It's a total clusterfetch. I think if Jesus was here right now he'd be busting out the whip and driving all the money changers out of the Church Office Building.

Bro... think about what you're doing right now. The man is dead. The vaccine killed him. He died a horrible, agonizing death. In his pain, he lashed out at the church, who he always trusted, because they told him the vax was safe. You and other Latter Day Saints on X, not all, but a great many, attacked him. You ignored the teachings of the savior by doing so. And now that he is dead, you continue to call him bitter and retarded, and you continue to assert your moral superiority over him. You keep insisting that your solution, shutting up and reconciling with the church, would have helped his situation, when there is no evidence whatsoever that it would have helped. Instead of trying to help the man in pain, you and others on LDSX chose to be unchristlike. And the fact that you still can't see that, even after the man is dead, is not only sad, but actually monumentally tone deaf and deplorable. You and everybody else who continues to denigrate the man need to take a real long look in the mirror and ask yourself if this is what the savior would have done in this situation. You should be ashamed. I know you're not, but you should be.
VulpesVenerabilis@VVenerabilis

Some people are very butthurt by the fact that some members like myself, called on Gray Mountain to repent of his bitterness and hostility toward the church before he died. His behavior towards the church over the covid catastrophe was foolishness on his part, and I told him such. I encouraged him to repent of that for his own soul's sake. I repeatedly warned him over the course of YEARS that his attitude and behavior would lead him out of the church. I repeatedly asked him to repent and reconcile with the church. When it became clear to me that he would refuse to do so, and that no amlunt of pleading or rational dialogue would chanbe his mind, I blocked him. And that is a great tragedy, especially for him. We need not make him a martyr, @Eternal_Saints_.

Either we are required to do everything the church leaders tell us to and not doing so makes us unrighteous and unworthy, or the leaders of the church are fallible imperfect people who make mistakes and sometimes tell lies and we are supposed to use the Spirit to discern whether or not to listen to them. If it's the first one, then it's their fault for lying about the vax. If it's the second one, then it's not their fault if people took it because it's on us to discern. Either way, church leaders are not better than anyone else and we need to stop deifying them. If GM had better understood how imperfect they are, he may have made a different choice. Stop trying to idolize church leaders. It has to end. We worship Jesus Christ. Full stop.
