Last lesson from 2025 so far, the market close is the most important data of the day, the intraday price action will fool you more times than not. Again, with much negative news being released there have been some pretty extreme down moves in risk assets during the day. But by the end of day these were mostly, if not all, erased. The close gives us a more important read on market behavior than any intraday move.
