Dear @SAHRCommission, I wish to lodge a formal complaint against private hospitals in South Africa. They routinely deny medical treatment to citizens who cannot pay, violating Section 27 of the Constitution which guarantees the right to healthcare. If this is not the correct platform please direct me to the appropriate body or procedure for escalating this serious breach of constitutional rights.

@Newzroom405 I am 99% sure it doesn’t work like that. Dynamic pricing based on usage would be met with much resistance, and I have never had any private hospital staff member informing me about their occupancy levels so that they can quote me correctly.

@alfred_cabonena Let's not forget where we come from as the country. The so called model c schools have all the resources that they need to obtain higher pass mark in comparison with the rural school who put more efforts and yet still struggle to obtain high marks because of lack of resource
