In a lot of markets Google and Meta account for about 60% of Digital Ad spend, in the UK it's more like 75% But of our online time, only 10-20% is spent with them. Most Advertisers are minuscule, don't use agencies. The failure of the entire "rest of digital media" to offer an easy way for small business to place digital ads is super weird.

That's bad news for Germany. Regulations should target specific practices, not the infrastructure. GTM itself is just a neutral tool, a container for scripts, not a tracking technology.

Weird discrepancy. If you book a £60 taxi from an airport you are met at arrivals and your luggage is carried to the car. If you book a £500 car rental, you have to queue for 30 minutes and then find your own car 700 yards away in some Ballardian hellhole basement garage.

At this point we've all been so thoroughly spammed by robocalls / scam calls it's now basically impossible to answer the phone if it's from an unknown number. That user behavior has just been trained out of us by bad actors. Incredible how the carriers did nothing to stop this
