Israel is our ally. They always have been. I believe Israel is our closest ally on the planet. Here’s the thing: You can & should always criticize an ally when deserved. And criticizing Israel is not antisemitism. But my new political party is moving beyond simple criticism. Too many Democrats are openly hostile to Israel, too many are questioning Israel’s very existence, too many view Israel - and not the Islamists - as the bad guy in the region. Too many Dems no longer view Israel as our ally. And way too many on the left are now openly antisemitic. If my new political party continues down this road it would be a horrible thing for peace in this world, and politically, it would rightly destroy the Democratic Party.

This is insane. The deposition is being filmed and will be released in full. Hillary wanted it to be done LIVE on TV. Rep. Boebert gave me permission to post a photo she took before the hearing started with credit. Hillary is trying to get out of answering questions about Epstein because of a picture. @Stanimal032 @painsworth512 Every bit of that is gut wrenching and heart rendering. Your humanity glows through it all. Reading it tells me that Brody will not have an easy life but he will have his best life. And that is a lot more than nothing and will become a remarkable something.

Had a hard conversation with Brody last night. He's supposed to have surgery next week. We aren't sure if we're going to go through with it or not. He's tired. He's growing up. He's realizing all that he can't do now, all the things he will never do, and all the things that he will always need help to do. I knew this day would come. He is an incredible kid with the heart and will of a champion, but you can't expect him not to face reality. And his reality is VERY tough for him. His buddies are playing football. Brody won't get to experience that. His buddies are getting more capable, more athletic, bigger, faster, and stronger. Brody is still small, needs a lot of help, and is missing out on experiencing that with his friends. Even more brutal to him is the fact that his little sister is surpassing him in size, function, and capability. And he knows more surgeries are on the horizon. Procedures that will help him overall, but ones he will have to go through nonetheless. He hit a breaking point last night. "I just wish life were easier for me..." Rips your heart out, man. He is loved. He knows that. He is a great kid with a LOT to offer. He knows that. He is capable of so much, but is also significantly physically disabled by his condition. I don't mind physically taking care of him. It's my duty and my joy to. Where many parents out there have had to mourn children, it is a blessing to care for him every day. I just wish I could take it from him and put it on me. Every single day. Please pray for him to find peace and we will continue to wrap our little dude in love. I'll keep you posted on if he ends up having his surgery next week.
