I agree. We are not moving fast enough within governments nor education to protect the vast majority. Unless if we start making serious progress as a nation and a world, we need to find a way to pump the breaks with AI. I don’t see it happening obviously and the only inevitable course is a complete economic disaster. If there’s no jobs, there’s no money getting spent. @HarryStebbings This is a joke, right? Are you talking to actual customers and hearing their complaints? What about the fact that it’s now easier than ever for a company to move away from Salesforce? What about the constant smoke and mirrors with AgentForce and it’s still not great.

Salesforce is a mega buy. When AI works for sales reps it will be mega. Customers will pay more. Existing distribution is what will matter. Salesforce will win this one.
