@C_3C_3 100% Many NGOs are fraudulent or at minimum to put it nicely, extremely wasteful. Others go to causes that many people don’t believe in, or find abhorrent to their core beliefs. Taxpayer money should only go to things that directly affect the life and wellbeing on the taxpayer.

@maura_resister Too bad it’s not constitutional and the Supreme Court will nullify it. Treaties are under the sole purview of the executive branch, based on the constitution. A law cannot override the constitution. It will go to SCOTUS and they will void the law as unconstitutional.
