Building @Chainlink | News and insights on Chainlink, blockchain, and digital assets. *Opinions my own

NEW: @The_DTCC is integrating Chainlink data and orchestration standards into the DTCC’s Collateral AppChain. DTCC and Chainlink are advancing 24/7, near-real-time collateral workflows across global markets and blockchains.

We’re committed to working with @KelpDAO in strengthening the cross-chain security of rsETH by supporting their migration to Chainlink CCIP. DeFi will win.

Chainlink’s mission from day one: build the most secure & decentralized infra to safely scale DeFi into a trillion-dollar industry. This uncompromising approach to security is what makes Chainlink CCIP the industry-standard for cross-chain interop. 🧵⬇️ blog.chain.link/ccip-cross-cha…

Chainlink is how the world's largest institutions & governments are distributing their data across the onchain economy. ✅ U.S. Department of Commerce ✅ Intercontinental Exchange ✅ Deutsche Börse Group ✅ S&P Global Ratings ✅ FTSE Russell ✅ Tradeweb And many more to come.

𝗟𝗜𝗩𝗘: Europe's largest asset manager Amundi (€2.3 trillion AUM) & Spiko launch new tokenized mutual fund (SAFO) powered by Chainlink. Chainlink is how the world's leading institutions & tokenization platforms are unlocking the issuance & distribution of tokenized funds.

If the tokenization thesis is correct and trillions of dollars of new assets move onchain in the coming years, which company will benefit the most?

Meanwhile, transfers through systems like CCTP (by @circle), CCIP (by @chainlink), and @LayerZero_Core often appear in large transfer buckets ($100k+). The largest transfers through these protocols over the past 24h were all >$1M.

NEW: DTCC, Clearstream, Euroclear, and BCG published a new interoperability framework for digital asset securities. It’s now industry consensus that issuing assets on one ledger isn’t enough. Assets must move across systems while preserving ownership, lifecycle events, and compliance. This is exactly what Chainlink is built to solve. Chainlink is the only all-in-one platform enabling interoperable workflows across blockchains and traditional market infrastructure with built-in data, compliance, privacy, and security that meets institutional standards.

MILESTONE: Visa, ANZ, ChinaAMC, & Fidelity International complete cross-border settlement solution powered by Chainlink. Under the Hong Kong Monetary Authority’s e-HKD program, Chainlink enables secure transfers of regulated assets with automated compliance & atomic settlement🧵

I think this is definitely possible. As mentioned, I'm not sure we know yet. FWIW, I think Chainlink wins in either world -- the commoditized world with thousands of chains linked through CCIP or the world with an oligopoly of select L1s with some element of pricing power. It just wins in different ways.

(Lack of) Privacy may the missing link for crypto payments adoption. Imagine, a company pays employees in crypto on-chain. With the current state of crypto, you can pretty much see how much everyone in the company is paid (by clicking the from address). 🤷♂️
