@lastminute_com I would really appreciate a manager listening Into the call & feedback to the staff, to actually listen to the customer opposed to repeating the same thing over and over again. TCF is regulated by the FCA and should be adhered to...

@lastminute_com absolutely terrible booking company! Booked a hotel, they cancelled it & then wouldn’t refund my money for 3-5 working days! No manager avaialable only a supervisor who wasn’t listening to a word I was saying, continued then to Mock me by laughing!!
