@Michael_Geardan @KneesupG @GH81573850 @TruthFairy131 Jeepers you knuckle draggers are hard work. The point is we are all human, we all have DNA from all over the place, we all descended from humans that left Africa thousands of years ago. So why racism ? Why do you think you are 'indigenous' ?
English

@English_Inside @Robbie_Reasons @SoFar9570 Yes, and I agree that today's peoples should not let that happen. I was just questioning your mention of "all invaders". As you know there were once indigenous peoples in this land. I mention it because others also have the right to be from here.
English

@Michael_Geardan @Robbie_Reasons @SoFar9570 These countries exist today. They’re being invaded today. Right this very minute. Hourly and daily. Week on week. They exist right now.
Population replacement is different.
And you’re wondering what people thought 1500 years ago. They didn’t think like us that’s for sure.
English

@English_Inside @Robbie_Reasons @SoFar9570 Invited? Some might say there are plenty of people in Britain today that have been "invited".
I wonder if the Celtic Britons saw the Saxons as much welcomed guests.
English

@Michael_Geardan @Robbie_Reasons @SoFar9570 It depends which “his-story” you believe; Bede? Were they Invaders or invited? He says invited.
Englaland. Literally “land of the Angles” or “land of the English”.
This country was their creation through unification of the kingdoms.
They were garnish to Celtic foundations.
English

@Robbie_Reasons @SoFar9570 Yup. I have ancestry in all 4 nations.
I’m an Islander. British. Celt. And have been for hundreds and hundreds of generations.
Since before those countries were formed.
Always have been. Always will.
Fuck all invaders.
English

@pogostick687 @TruthFairy131 It's in your DNA, isn't it? Your ancestors live in you and are part of you. You are part of what they were. So yes, even if your passport says otherwise. You can be all of those because you are.
English

@Michael_Geardan @TruthFairy131 Do I?
Not sure having a Scottish great, great, great grandmother and an Irish great, great, great, great grandfather would really mean I could call myself either 🤷♂️
English

@AHamilton2nd @TheRealJamieKay Well he did say food on every high street. I see food containers right there on that high street. We are truly blessed.
English

@HamilcarBarca19 @TruthFairy131 British: English-speaking Scots, Irish & Britons.
English

@TruthFairy131 If you are not Welsh you are not British and an immigrant on this island!
English

@fekitcba @TruthFairy131 You'll have to ask politely to join.
English

@pogostick687 @TruthFairy131 You get to be all of those don't you?
English

@TruthFairy131 I have both Irish snd Scottish blood in me… but I’m English.
Can I, by your logic, call myself Scottish and/or Irish?
English

@Barry4EU @TruthFairy131 Exactly, and it's an important parameter in ancestry. You need time (several generations) + birth (jus soli). They talk about their ancestors, ignoring that they continued to renew their ancestry via birth. So birth cannot be equal to 0.
English

@pittazz84 @TruthFairy131 Is the farther back the better?
English

@TruthFairy131 First off Ireland isn’t part of the UK.
How far back do we have to go in time to be classed as an indigenous blood line?
English

@McGeorgeOfTheJ1 @TruthFairy131 I agree. The problem is now there is a subset of those people who are traitorous and hate this land and/or heavily favour their foreign parents' country of origin.
Still that does not negate what you've said. No matter how much that annoys ethnonationalists.
English

@TruthFairy131 I am an "indigenous" Scot, and I am going to tell you this, you are wrong.
Anyone no matter who their parents are is born in Scotland they are Scottish. No ifs or buts, they were born here.
After all most Brits are descendants of European groups not native to the British Isles
English

@TruthFairy131 I was born in England with both parents Irish. This means I hate your bullshit
English

@TruthFairy131 What if you're descended from Huguenots, Russian Jews arriving in the 1880s, other Jews welcomed back by Cromwell, Italian ice cream vendors in London from the 1850s?
English

@westtnnative @TruthFairy131 You get a few extra brownie points as bragging rights.
English

@TruthFairy131 What if you have all four with a little Cornish thrown into the mix?
English

@sportandstuffs @VineOfNorthLDN @TruthFairy131 They all fall under the banner of British anyway. And I mean British not just in the civic way but as in born on the island.
English

@VineOfNorthLDN @TruthFairy131 The people pushing this shit are so stupid it’s hilarious
English

@MaureenTurner57 @KneesupG @GH81573850 @TruthFairy131 100% Celt DNA? Surely that's a big ask. English people have Anglo Saxon DNA as well. Can we not just say English, which includes indigenous Briton DNA and foreign Saxon DNA? They have been here quite a long time now even if they are not indigenous.
English

@KneesupG @GH81573850 @TruthFairy131 Exactly. DNA tests for everyone & anyone without 100% pure celt DNA should be sent to Africa were they evolved from.
