CLARITY laws wont moon nothing (at least not in a sustained/progressive way).
It will accelerate the bearish trend in cryptocurrency as most exchanges do not hold the appropriate financial money licenses.
They wont fold immediately but will have a coexistence/enforcement period.
Most will comply
Binance US => partners with Metal X => becomes compliant
Coinbase => already compliant..etc.
ONCE the enforcement kicks in => the industry is either forced to comply or fade.
Regulated DEFI becomes the new bullrun mania => compliant yield, banking products, approved services, compliant staking, interest, borrowing, lending...and so on.
THEN the bank's appetite steps in once the dust settles amidst the bones of their faded counterparts.
THEN a moon.
But only after every single feather of the dead carcassed phoenix is burnt to a crisp. A resurrection that will simply many....
