@BristolAirport @TUIUK more rubbish experience from the company and the airport! No steps to allow us off the plane & Luggage still on the plane an hour after landing! This was meant to be a quick flight home from Ibiza at 10.55!!!

@TUIUK Terrible communication/no communication at Ibiza airport.. TOM6151… stood at the gate for nearly 1hr! 🤷‍♀️ no staff/young children! Flight slot missed!
